The heartbeat of our Academy!
Working with children is both a privilege and a responsibility. The energy and sense of fun these groups create is very much encouraged and used in a very positive way in every session.
At SGA we believe that every child’s personality and learning style is unique. We allow development to occur naturally and at the student’s own pace.
Children will work closely with the coach, only 8 per class, in order to develop some of the following skills –
When ready, children will be encouraged to work through 3 structured certification levels – Starter, Improver and Player.
After completing a level, each student will have earned themselves a certificate of achievement!
We hold an annual SGA award ceremony where all of the children and their families come together to recognise all of the children’s achievements throughout the year.
Our coaches have been checked and trained in order to work safely with children in a group environment or on an individual basis. We keep our certificates up to date and receive regular training from England Golf and the PGA.
